Perspectives Morphography Exhibit, Palm Springs

Thanks to my friend, R. Christian Anderson, I put on my first photography exhibit in Palm Springs in February of 2008.

Palm Springs Life Magazine had this to say about the exhibition:

"On the other side of the spiritual universe we have Sunny McNair in her first gallery exhibit. At a young age, she began with sketching, painting and now photography. The technique behind her "morphography" was discovered by accident, but she has since made some very purposeful contributions to the world of monochromatic photography. The misshapen faces reflect her eccentric upbringing, in all its many facets. In her work, she attempts to capture those fleeting moments where a plane of existence is out of whack, where we cannot decide between one or the other, where we love and hate at the same time, and where our greatest discoveries are made. Gathering inspiration from the wonderful randomness of it all, she takes picture after picture, looking for the next rhapsody of expression."
